Some Star Alliance airlines do allow Premium Economy redemption on other Alliance partners (THAI does for instance). However, in practice these are poor value and tricky to actually acheive.
That's interesting. Do you know which carriers release Premium Economy space to TG? Even if they do, it would be a
bilateral agreement between carriers outside of the alliance.
