Was the UA ticket purchased before or after the change to the UA contract of carriage?
UA is still using the old numbers and probably will for another year 60/45 minutes

So a minimum of 20+ minutes to get bags and atleast 45 minutes for UA checking -- may 10 minutes for a very short line and agent response for check in and bag check. If OP meant 133 minutes from arrival to departure. 133-45-10-20 -- assuming on-time arrival (at LAX). Down to less hour to get OP+kid+4 medium size bags with an unfamiliar transfer with a few level changes needing an elevator (4-5 minutes for each use).
And of course no delays in getting bag or any crowd slow down
Unclear if international flights on either end adding another 15 minutes or so

Give it a try, but no bathroom stops or food purchase (try this traveling with kids)
