Assuming your bags are not too much of hindrance carrying around, your best bet would be to walk landside (cut across East Way) - review maps.
Need to get timing down.
133 minutes is the parameter (assuming on time arrival);
1) note bag drop at UA cut off time (usually 45 to 60 minutes) prior to scheduled departure time
2) note door closure is usually 15 minutes prior to scheduled departure
Do you have security enhancement like precheck and/or CLEAR?
This is a doable transfer, but you need to be familiarize with routing as much as you can. Download both airline apps so you"d have the latest arrival (Delta) and departure (United) info. Make a count down timer your best friend, no stopping anywhere until you have cleared security at T7 and still have time to your gate.
I have done this transfer multiple times, but without checked luggage and no kids in tow. Happy to answer any additional questions you may have!

You don't have walk all the way around each terminal. As per my post, you can cut through East Way (on arrival/ground) level...10 minutes of walking.
