... and that was an interesting read, too. But I see "Load Factor" is calculated as "Revenue passenger miles divided by available seat miles" and I wonder if awards are counted or not.

But this one is what gets me: "Average passenger fare $178.94" ... sigh ... not only at least 28 of my last 32 paid segments been ~100% full, but I've paid significantly more on average (and more this year by a large margin (even if not seen in the prior-year's average pax fare)).
