Well, technically, Bilt always rounds down, so CSP is a little better in that regard. And it matters more percentage-wise on smaller transactions. And it just bugs me that Bilt chisels like that.
Further, what Bilt considers to be "travel" is a MUCH more restrictive list than Chase. I saw a list once after I was bothered that AirBNB wasn't considered travel. So I won't make the mistake of putting any travel on Bilt again - that cost me a lot of points.
