I had a bag where it was misconnected and was intended for EWR. Whoever saw the Connecticut delivery address put it on 2 more flights - EWR-IAD-BDL, and have BDL agent to arrange the delivery.
OK, I wasnt sure how someone at ORD would know to pull up my claim and look at it. At least prior to the flight it was leaving on.

anyways, in my case, it didn't make it on the earlier flight. Maybe they felt it wasnt worth the trouble for me to get it earlier.
The agent said there is a pickup (for the company that delivers bags) at 5pm and 10pm. Bag was just unloaded at 4:55pm

Also, the note just says "fwd to GRB and deliver" so I hope they don't now interpret it as, send it to GRB and have them deliver it vs go direct.
