Air NZ twitter/x team says it will be a change fee and a fare difference to reroute me. I thought the equipment swap would be enough to at least waive the change fee, but guess not.
I asked for a full refund as well and was denied.
Suppose I’ll try and phone someone as well. Frustrating all around.
