Bit of a J dilemma..

Off to San Francisco in Feb 2025.
Ex Dub: Dub-Sfo rtn in J EI £1530 A330
Ex Dub Dub-Lhr-Sfo in J BA £1525 A320/A380/B777

Really not sure what to do. LHR doesn't bother me too much, but Dub has TSA, and its one less flight. EI folk say J seat Ok, but in bed mode like a coffin, and food is so so, but A380 has old ying yang seats, although B777 on way home has new suites ( to be fair i can also mix Ei out and BA back). Both flights arrive within 30 mins of each other. Bit of a head scratcher...any advice??
