this sort of applies to me……for my organization, everything is Biz except US to Central America and east of Mississippi to Western Europe. For those, there are Plus Points. But once booked (PE) they will exchange the ticket for Biz (using my cc for the delta). So the low delta between PE and J is a real godsend. It’s still irrational….

And you are spot on….a cancelled event means the entire flight credit goes to my employer….
