One thing that may cause some confusion is that AA exceeds the OW requirements on lounge access, allowing access based on departing and arriving flights. One World only requires it based on departing flight.

AM is not an OW lounge, but OP would also not be able to access the QR status lounges without a OW connecting flight.

For future, always take the QR operated leg from DOH - India, not Indigo.
