Is your goal to take 30 kg in one piece? Your best bet is probably to show up and pay the heavy charge, which is probably less than the extra piece cost.
Happy not to take everything in one bag to help avoid the 23kg rule, so thats not an issue. So effectively 2x 23kg bags (46kg), but can split 30kg between the two so neither will be overweight.
