It's a 3x dining, 2x travel card (identical to CSP!) that transfers to Hyatt and Alaska with no annual fee - they can devalue whatever they want out of rent day and it's still going to be a lock for me
And it gives points on something that doesn't give points in any other way - rent/hoa payments! That alone warrants 5 payments per month for me.
