Similar. Just got seated in the lounge with my wife and 2 kids flying PHL-FCO in J on AA. Line basically around the block to get into Centurion. So walked downstairs, I greeted the lounge agent with a big smile holding my 5yo daughter’s hand - both of us wide-eyed and excited for our trip - I said something along the lines of “I know you guys are often at capacity and we’re not on BA66 but any chance you have some space for 4?” She smiled back, said something nice to my daughter, and let us in immediately.

We got a great, quiet 4-seat by the champagne bar. Champagne is solid, wine is good, food is fine. All in all nice experience watching the hustle/bustle flow by sipping on champagne. People are such haters.
