A couple days later I saw my statement reflecting the correct points.
I was charged $807 on the first night which I think was for boat transfer and green tax. On check out I was charged $1551 for the F&B and dolphin cruise and incidentals.
So I spent $2,358 at the resort and I got 21,962 base points. I assume that's all my spend X10 including the boat transfers but minus taxes and/or tips.
Remember there is a double points promotion going on now that you should be sure to sign up for. So with the double points and Diamond bonus it ended up at 66,886 points for the stay.
Plus 33,000 more points from the credit card spend there at 14 points per dollar.
So the boat transfer was basically $800 round trip? New to specifically shopping Hilton properties, so just checking.
For some reason, Amingiri is the only property besides WA, that doesn't have the transfer costs defined clearly and in-your-face on Hilton's calendar banner. I get why they'd want to punt on WA and not define it. But not stating clearly and tranparently for Amingiri (when all other properties, including SLH properties are stated), seems odd.
