Haven't done Ritz, StR or FS,, but Pen and Langham are both excellent.
Between those two, kind of a toss-up for me.
Similar vibes, actually, both very classy and refined.

I'm usually booking single rooms, not suites, and Langham's king rooms i've gotten seem slightly more generously sized than Pen's. But they're both great.
