It's been a while since I last flew with WS. I was looking at an Econo transcon fare and I see a seat selection fee for Econo fares. When did WS make this change? Is there any way around this such as being a DL STE+ elite? Google Flights says ticket changes have a fee. Does that mean I can't cancel and get the full value credited to the travel bank? Is Econoflex what Econo fare used to be?

Does WS still have a 24-hour cancellation policy?
