Trying to book a room for a Saturday night in a major NA city for the weekend after next. I understand it is peak season.

5 different city center hotels show rooms available for points. Point requirements match more or less with cash rates, but I have plenty of points.

Except....... all 5 when I click through through a message that rooms for points are not available.

What on earth is this? It really feels like bait and switch.
