My apologies if this is off-topic, but posting here given the discussions about Yellow Fever vaccination requirements.

I may have missed a response to pradom's post. Any experiences with travel on the older Yellow Cards which listed a 10y expiration for the vaccination? I wouldn't worry about Singapore after the Africa trip given their ICA's own guidelines, but, am entering Kenya @ NBO & Tanzania @JRO post that, after a long layover in ADD.
