The Costco GC should not be a factor, imo (i'm pretty sure this is included with all all-inclusive reservations).
Best to take care of these 'open' issues before your stay (or at check-in if unable to resolve beforehand), but at this point i would just continue to be persistent in getting the points/EQN or a legitimate reason as to why they're not crediting you accordingly.
EDIT: based upon the information below it looks like you booked under the packages option (as the hotel does not appear to be available under the ‘hotel only’ option and is only available via the ‘packages’ option (although I’ll admit their user interface can make it confusing as to which option you are booking under)).
