Any experience with such situations? What should I expect? The flight is gone from the schedule. The closest available is in 55min after arrival from JFK (likely delayed) so probably not an option. Next one is in 11 hours.

On the same boat with you. TK cancelled the 2nd leg of my 2-leg itinerary with the exact same reason. Reservation was made using AC miles. I have been having a hard time rebooking online. I might have to go to a TK ticket counter to deal with this mess.
