The refund was requested by DM on “X” and they also called me on the phone.

A third person was removed from the original booking, because of a medical emergency, and given a new booking code, when you enter that new booking code it says “we are processing a cancellation for this booking” and has been like this for approximately 2 weeks.

no documents were requested.
