Why not just call them to see what they say and see if they can give you a break? I mean if the law in NY state is that it charges dormancy fees then that is the law. I mean look you had a year to cash out these $100 VGCs. I think that is more than fair amount to cash out $100. You should never be stacking $100 VGCs if you are just going to let them sit there. Better to just stick with $200/$500 so you can easily liquidate or you have to change up your strategy where you use the $100 VGCs for organic spend with even just 1 transaction would have extended your timeline. I mean 21 months is more than fair which is almost 2 years to spend just $100.
