Before access was closed, I saw my PNRs. The only interesting one was one where I said to reservations agent "well, why is it free to book a ticket through the Spanish desk?" which showed up in my PNR as "pax informed agent that she would use Spanish desk to avoid booking fee." Very interesting to see how what we say can get written according to the agent's own frame of mind. Hey, I would love to see cust service logs, not just from AA, but from any place I call for customer service.
Anyway, I haven't used many EF features yet, but so far I think it is a very nice service. ^
