The hotel is under renovation. I was "walked" the day that they lost power. It seems it's been nearly 3 weeks, and they still have no power. Although they comped us 2 night stay at the Renaissance, it is not the same caliber hotel. It was not how we wanted to end our vacation...

I asked for additional points as a goodwill gesture, but they offered me to come back in the future for a complimentary night stay.
