Looking at heading to PMI next June. For some reason, from the day they were first available booking on AS, while there was availability on the JFK-FRA leg in J, the only FRA-PMI options either were a 22 hour layover or added 100k miles to the cost. We grabbed the JFK-FRA legs, and will hope that FRA-PMI comes available and we can change. But if not, we would plan to book separate tickets onward on FRA-PMI,on Condor. Any experience if Condor will check bags through across separate tickets on two *Condor* flights? We'd have 3 hours to make the connection so probably will have time if not, but trying to figure out how bad an idea this is.
