I would have thought it is likely to be related to your cancellation or refund unless you have had separate communications related to that.

Perhaps you phoned to cancel and an agent created a request on their system as a way of logging it that is being referred to here?

There is not really enough information in your email to be able to suggest anything else. Does it refer to a 125- ticket number or a 6 character booking code anywhere?
