I have a reward trip from JNB-DOH-DFW in Business in March and the DOH-DFW flight has a schedule change that resulted in a 50 min connection, below the 1 hr MCT for flights to the US.

I chatted support and was transferred to their Privilege Club team who informed me there was no business availability on surrounding dates and essentially was out of luck.

This doesn’t seem right to me, but wanted some validation. I imagine this is a HUCA situation, with an actual phone call required this time around.
