Stayed at the PH Busan for four nights, some impressions:

Got one of the standard suites with an SUA (on an absurdly low cash rate, ~$220 before VAT.) The view of the port and the bridge was stunning. Not the newest, but solid design. The biggest flaw was with the two bed situation, one was queen but due to the layout (and lack of beside space) it felt smaller, and the ancillary twin next to it felt like a cheap mattress. They should replace the whole thing and just put in a proper king bed.

The breakfast was surprisingly good. After the meh reviews I had tempered expectations, but it felt pretty much in league with PH Seoul. Both were a step behind Andaz Tokyo though. Good a la carte selection with quite an extensive buffet, catering to both western and Korean tastes.

Service, both room and throughout the hotel, was excellent.

The location is a little bit removed from the action, it's more of a business park vibe, but there's plenty of shops and restaurants within a couple blocks. The nearest metro is a 10-15 min walk, so while not ideal, cabs in Korea are plentiful and cheap.
