Called, and they've said it's In their T&C. I live in NY state, weren't NYkers better protected from fees like this?

If you do not use your Card for 12 consecutive months, we will charge a fee of $4.95 on the first day of each month that follows

Check your $100 cards. I have less than $50 left in 4 of my 2029 expiring cards (bought them in Oct 2022)
Did you just totally forget about this $100 VGC because why the heck have you not used this $100 VGC for over a year?
