I'm usually a National guy, but am using Avis at DEN later today. There are lots of horror stories in the Google reviews for DEN about long lines for the pickup counter, required even with Avis Preferred reservations. However, the app indicates that I can choose my car and use the Express Exit. Which is true? If it makes a difference, I am President's Club. Thanks!
