Their bs open seating policy and lack of a premium cabin were THE things that prevented me from flying SWA. It was additional stress for basically no reason. Yeah, I could do business select, but there are only eight good seats in their configs.

This is fantastic news and finally makes them a worthy competitor to the legacy airlines for me. I'm glad they finally realized that they are not a LCC and haven't been in a very long time.
