The preferred seating sounds absolutely hilarious, in fact it might turn out the exact opposite when a family travelling together and got seats at 4 different corner of the plane - if the elite has a preference on aisle seat and the system is stupid enough to accommodate the need for the whole group and then SK will look at which seats are not bought and let the family have 4 aisle seats.
