I have a ticket with Aeroplan for TPE-SFO on BR that is set to depart in about 36 hours. However, BR canceled due to the typhoon and told me to reach out to AC. I was on the phone and they can't rebook me into another BR departing later this week as there isn't open award seats.
Is there a way I can work around this? They refused to reach out to BR and said there isn't any liaison between AC and other partner airlines.
The only option they gave me is by rebook with TPE-KIX-YVR-SFO
keep forcing the agent to connect you to supervisor.. A year ago I got rebooked on Turkish Airlines + Etihad via Istanbul and Abu Dhabi to my final destination in Asia lol (on revenue ticket)
