I would suggest you to call AF and explain the situation.
They should let you add you first two first names on the ticket, in order to match your passport, which is the standard practice in French, even though we only use the first one in our daily lives.

Do not take any risk to be denier boarding, especially since there is a discrepancy between ESTA and your ticket.
