I’m staying at this property right now on a corporate rate. As it’s Japan, I have naturally already given out all of my business cards, and this was an issue at check in as they wanted my card as evidence of rate eligibility. I ended up resolving the matter by sending them an email from my corporate address. But be warned they do check corporate code eligibility here. My corporate rate appears to be significantly less than BAR, which could be why they take it so seriously.
