Skyteam Elite and Elite Plus status holders WON’T get free checked bags if they have a Go light ticket. This is the anser of Eurobonus support I received:

From the 1.Sep you do not have free luggage in Light tickets with SAS, just as it is now.
Regarding seating it is still free on SAS, but not on Skyteam members. But it is preferred seating no matter ticket type.

„It is correct you do not have bags on SAS light tickets as it is now. Maybe it will be changed, but for now it will be as it is now. But you will have it on KLM, Air France and the other partners. Preferred seating is that you can say you prefer an aisle seat or a window seat and then the system will try its best to seat you there.“
