Non Refundable Award Stay
I booked two rooms for two nights in Canton, OH for the NFL HOF game next week. Looking like we won't be able to make it now, and I went to cancel...it says the rate is non refundable.
I honestly didn't look when I booked it, but I wasn't aware there were any non refundable points stays.
Anyone ever experience this? Any chance my ambassador can step in and help me out?
