Folks,

I am excited by the substantive and thoughtful responses to this thread. There are many good ideas here and I am thankful for the responses. I am not optimistic that the executive suite will pay attention to this but it would make a ton of sense if they did. Almost everyone who wrote here has some level of experience and took the time to share it plus there were many common themes. There was almost no gratuitous .....ing or knee jerk reactions.
