But are you sure about which one is correct? I tend to favor dynamic systems over static text, because a well-written system would be pulling from the same place in both the booking and eUp flows. If you actually book the CO fare, does the eUp request mention an add-on?
I did not complete the purchase to test this, but agree that would be the true test. I may later if I get back to it. Like you (I believe), I typically only buy J (P) or Y with immediate upgrade. Explaining how I got down this rabbit hole would be off topic!
