They definitely have UA as an interline parter as i have had a couple of my legs changed. Its says AA is one, but when i asked to be put on AA flight they only offer UA route or DL flight the next day, in the past.
IIRC there was a time recently when DL decided to limit AA's ability to rebook on DL because DL thought AA had too many IROPs (and perhaps weren't paying DL enough to cooperate in reaccomodating AA customers).
