Kitchen is flexible and very willing to accommodate preferences. They were clearly accommodating to the kids present. Was not in the kitchen so don’t know if any tweezers were tortured. As for seafood, we were served mussels, oysters, cod, prawns, Dungeness crab, urchin, smoked salmon.
