the chargers are free, they will ask you to valet (free) but I just told them I didn't bring the valet key for my tesla and they let me just charge myself. the chargers are on the left side of the hotel in the back
i've also had trouble getting upgraded when on a GoH stay, you will likely need to press the issue and show that they have availability online
