Mexico City Accor hotels: ibis styles Reforma vs. two Novotels?

Taking a brief trip overnight and most of the next day to Mexico City with my son in early August. Arriving late at night and want to get to a hotel quickly and safely. Don't speak much Spanish. Looking for a clean room, in a safe neighborhood, with a good range of things for breakfast or some nice places to eat breakfast nearby that are safe to walk to.

ibis Styles Reforma seems to be about €75, Novotel World Trade Center about €85 and Novotel Centro Historico about €55 -- but I'm not sure if this last one actually earns Accor points. Which hotel is the newest built and which would you recommend?

Also, I assume it's safest to take an Uber from the airport to the hotel late at night -- how much would it cost about, and how long would it take around 11pm? Also, for getting back to the airport by about 7pm -- how long to leave to get there by Uber?

edited to add: if I don't do any of these, I'm considering the Casa Altata (a MrandMrsSmith hotel) which seems nice for the price and sounds like it has a good breakfast. Pros and cons of that vs the Accor places?
