Why not open up interlining booking again once all the cancellations and delays started happening? I remember last year i was offered an option coming back from Cancun with an AM>UA>DL itinerary on the website.
Because I think someone lied to Ed and didn't tell him only DL was suffering from the situation. Because Delta would often tell people that they weren't doing this because other airlines were experiencing the same problem. Yet at the same time they were telling you to accept a refund and book on another airline.
