The Iberia flight is in business, so I should get Fast Track at T4 after the land side bus.
Can't be sure but I think the intention of that bus is for folks who can't enter the schengen zone but need to get to/from T1 to T4S, so my guess would be the pickup/drop off point at T1 would be before (if going to T4S / after (if coming from T4S) passport/customs.

If so, and hypothetically you do get on said bus, upon arrival at T4S....you'll then have to go from departures to arrivals (possible but not intuitive), go through passport control, take the train-shuttle to T4, then re-clear security (no fast track for J) to get into T4 departures. So....1x passport 1x security
The default option....1x passport at T1. Landside bus at T4, 1x security (with fast track).
Hence....
