If all your legs are on the same ticket, it's not a worry. If your ORD to BNA leg is a separate ticket, that could be a concern.
Even with separate tickets, US airlines (including AA) are fairly generous on the flat tire rule (i.e. rebooking without additional charge if you show up late to a flight) as a matter of normal practice.
