JL uses the BA Lounge in the international concourse. It is an okay lounge although unfortunately the food offerings are significantly scaled back during partner operations as opposed to for BA flights. Made-to-order food, for example, is not available for JL flights.

The Admirals Club is quite a hike away most certainly not worth it; a slightly shorter hike away is the Chase Lounge which is accessible via PP (once per year; unless you are a CSR cardholder) and is pretty decent as US lounges come. If anyone happens to have the misfortune of flying out of BOS during this mess, I highly recommend the Chase Lounge if you have enough time to spare (~20min walk maybe from E gates to C gates; all connected land-side.)
