This is a whole lot of "DL should....".

What about "We should?" As in We should have our own backup plans and fly multiple carriers. Or we should not be blindly loyal to any company?

Seriously, DL is just a for profit enterprise. Instead of talking about how we let these charlatans continue to take our money should we not be talking about how we maximize our own value?
