My casual read of this thread is that the 788/789/78X's are generally doing quite well this summer, relative to other widebodies. Is there more slack in their schedules to avoid major delays/cancellations?
I think the answer depends on several factors, one of which would be slack in schedules.
Other factors could be
- age: the 78x are probably the youngest
- where they fly out of: for instance east coast has had several weather related delays and that is where the majority of the 76x and 75x are based
