The resort fee includes "Electronic vehicle charging stations (Tesla or Universal)". Does anyone know if the charging is free, or if there are pay-to-use charging stations on the property?

Also, does anyone have any recent successes (or failures, I guess) getting upgraded from a 2 queen vineyard view room to a 1 king vineyard view?
